OPEN CALL FOR INTERNS: LONDON AND OSLO

We are looking to hire team members vested in our mission. We need a wide variety of capabilities and skills within the fields of research, analysis, communications, event planning, relationship management and business development to reach our goals.

Communications Intern

Support the communications teams in delivering our strategic objectives. This will include:

  • Managing the Xynteo Twitter account and supporting key leaders on their Twitter activities
  • Managing our media monitoring to support brand and partner priorities
  • Supporting content creation, updating and archiving of website content
  • Lead stakeholder mapping for Nordics
  • Supporting event delivery for thought leadership launch in Delhi; and podcast events in London, Oslo, Delhi and Perth
  • Supporting creation of employee tool-kits (shareable content) for Xynteo brand and thought leadership roll out
  • Building and rolling out fully tagged photo library for core Xynteo photo assets
  • Managing team photo and biography assets and process
  • Managing reorganisation of communications knowledge management system on Dropbox; and updating 'how to' guides
  • Supporting CEO speaking engagement

Insights Advisor Intern

  • Support a given project team
  • Work within multi-disciplinary teams alongside our clients in finding and co-creating solutions and innovations
  • Research and analysis as part of our project delivery
  • Produce or help produce material for use in client meetings, liaising with the Communications team
  • Serve as an interface between the Project and the Arenas team in preparing for project events
  • Support the project and the team with administrative tasks (setting up meeting and conference calls and ad hoc requests)
  • Attend client workshops to help with facilitation, logistics and note taking
  • Supporting Xynteo's multi-disciplinary teams to ensure they are best positioned to respond to client and project needs

Arenas Intern

  • Assist with key global events planning
  • Assisting the Head of Arenas with planning and scheduling of outreach
  • Support the administration of the CRM process
  • Research on hotels, venues and destinations for future events
  • Support the PMs with arenas-related needs

Business Development Intern (minimum 6 month engagement)

  • Support the project Director in managing contacts and BD activities across the accounts she or he is responsible for
  • In liaison with the project Director, create and manage the plan of interaction with key contacts from the accounts
  • Contribute to and manage BD materials for meetings, campaigns and BD initiatives with partners
  • Attend meetings as needed for the purpose of capturing opportunities for further development
  • Oversee BD plan which includes scheduling, keeping track of and preparing for up-coming client meetings
  • Develop BD material which includes creating meeting snapshots and developing PowerPoint presentations
  • Managing outreach and engagement with Heads of Leadership & Development
  • Own contracts which includes updating text and keeping an overview of the terms in each
  • Track learning journey for catalysts based on the information gathered by frontier leads
