The Exchange is a high-impact convening to catalyse India–UK/Europe partnerships that unlock capital, technology, and markets for inclusive, sustainable growth.
On 30 October 2026, a closed-door, full-day working Exchange will bring together senior leaders from Europe, the UK and India to advance coalitions that strengthen competitiveness, build resilience and accelerate the energy transition.
Agenda coming soonThe context
Businesses face challenges that cannot be resolved within their own operations. For example, bringing data centres online depends on power infrastructure and local resources; scaling low-carbon construction requires insurers, developers and material suppliers to move together; and financing carbon projects requires buyers, developers and lenders to agree on who carries which risks. Across these markets, the constraint is the difficulty of getting the right organisations to act together, on terms that work for each of them, rather than a shortage of technology, capital or ambition.
That is the work of Xynteo: identifying the barrier no single organisation can remove, bringing together the partners who can remove it, and building the commercial mechanisms that make progress possible. The test is what we can build together.
The London Exchange
The London Exchange 2026 puts that approach to work.
Convened by Xynteo, the Exchange brings senior leaders together around live coalitions and specific market challenges. It combines leadership conversations on what makes coalitions effective with working studios focused on the decisions, partnerships and practical conditions needed for delivery.
The ambition is to sharpen priorities across borders, establish where each organisation can contribute, and advance the work for the next few months.

Five studios: A day designed around delivery
Our Exchange studios are collaborative working sessions designed to move past high-level dialogue and solve shared challenges here and now. They bring together cross-sector leaders to build practical, deployable mechanisms that no single organisation can deliver alone.
