Xynteo, a specialist advisory firm dedicated to providing expert-led energy transition and sustainability services to leading global organisations and investors, announces the planned transition of Rasmus Lundsgaard Nielsen from its Chief Executive Officer to Senior Advisor, Leon Capital.

Today, we are announcing a leadership transition as part of Xynteo’s continued development and long-term growth plans. Rasmus will take on broader responsibilities across the Leon Capital portfolio, including supporting the Group’s strategic direction and portfolio companies such as GoodCorporation, while continuing to support Xynteo at the board and group level.
Rasmus steps into this new role having delivered significant and tangible transformation at Xynteo. Under his leadership, the firm rebuilt its cost base, refocused its offering around its core strengths—green growth industry coalitions, sustainability optimisation, and investment advisory—and reshaped its talent to match its ambitions.
