The client, a leading global private equity fund asked Xynteo to support a large industrial asset to undertake an ESG compliance and conduct their CSRD reporting. The project oversaw, amongst others, the development of reporting guidance and implementation ESG data gathering and management processes.
Xynteo was mandated to design and produce the asset’s 2023 Sustainability Report in compliance with GRI, SASB, and CSRD including conducting their double-materiality assessment and responsible supply chain programme.

The key objectives for the engagement:
- Conduct a wide stakeholder engagement process to generate insights
- Develop the CSRD aligned double-materiality assessment across eight key environmental, social, and financial impact risks
- Produce a sustainability report in line with GRI, SASB, and CSRD reporting standards
- Develop a sustainability roadmap for value creation to grow triple-bottom line impact
