The key objectives for the engagement:

  • Facilitated strategic partnerships, making 1 million women farmers accessible and engaging 700 women-only farmers through key Indian organizations.
  • Created an actionable roadmap for policy shaping to strengthen the client’s market position and influence in India
  • Developed a robust communication strategy to enhance internal and external stakeholder engagement and strengthen the client’s visibility in the market.

  • Development of a Sustainability Framework: Designed a comprehensive sustainability framework with relevant parameters and metrics across governance, people, planet, and prosperity to guide the client’s initiatives
  • Sustainability Reporting: Produced the clients first-ever Sustainability Report for 2021, outlining their initiatives and impact in alignment with the sustainability framework.

Results:

  • The work enabled the Global Leader in Crop Nutrition to position itself as a trusted partner of the government, gaining them a ‘seat at the policy-making table’. The client has subsequently been invited for consultations by key government committees.​ Whilst building awareness, goodwill and loyalty amongst the farmers; a key customer segment for the company.
