With the increasing prevelance of climate related events across the globe, the urgency and complexity of action has grown substantially. What we need now is radical collaboration from governments, communities and business to realise a pathway to net zero.

We already have the technologies, finance, and markets to catalyse progress. Genuine collaborative action is the missing piece. We need to harness the power of ‘with’ to make progress. Together we can identify blockers, share insights and deliver solutions - joining forces to tackle the challenges we all face.

This year the United Nation’s Global Stocktake has shown us that we must maintain and strengthen our commitment to solving climate change. COP28 offers governments, businesses, community organisations and NGOs the chance to stop, reassess, and recommitment to our collective endeavours.

EXPANDING HORIZONS ON OUR BIOECONOMY

An industry-led panel discussion on the critical and urgent challenge of building a bioeconomy which supports a thriving future for humans, climate and nature as we look at how we can expand horizons and think critically about what needs to change in order to see a real transformation.

Xynteo's Elle Besley-Gould will be moderating a panel with John Kornerup Bang (SVP, Sustainability Transformation at Stora Enso) and David Brand (Convening Chair, International Sustainable Forestry Coalition), and Peter Elwin (Director of Fixed Income and Head of the Food and Land Use Programme, Planet Tracker).
