Climate Change
Helping leaders and organisations accelerate and scale decarbonisation.
The world faces an unprecedented climate emergency and time is running out, if we are to be successful at preventing global temperatures from rising above 1.5°C.
Every year, the world emits over 50 billion tonnes of greenhouse gases. However, we need to get the total to net-zero - and we need to be on a path to doing it within the next 10 years.
The challenge now is to accelerate global decarbonisation, by enabling new forms of coordinated action across value chains, in all sectors and regions of the world.
At the organisational level, we help our clients understand the opportunities net-zero transition brings; reduce their carbon footprint, and ensure their operational model is fully aligned with the global climate goals, including short-term and long-term decarbonisation targets, governance structure, corporate strategy and innovation activities.
At the systemic level, we help our clients find ways to catalyse low or zero carbon solutions in the sectors they operate such as cement, steel, transport, energy, finance and agriculture. We do this by building broader and deeper relationships across the value chains; by developing, testing and refining differentiated low-carbon solutions, and by scoping and executing projects with partners around priority response options. This work strengthens the relationship and trust between our clients, their employees, shareholders and external stakeholders.
We have delivered successful programmes for leading global companies, including Shell, Equinor, Scania, Yara and Nordea.
