Xynteo, a strategic advisory firm exclusively dedicated to providing sustainability and energy transition services to some of the world’s largest companies, today announced a majority investment by funds advised by Leon Capital LLP (Leon Capital). The family of the founder Osvald Bjelland remains a minority shareholder. The agreement includes the creation of an employee partnership model, with senior employees now becoming owners of the business.
