Generating a set of recommendations to reshape the relationship between businesses and workers in a digitally enabled future.
Digitally enabled business models are reshaping the relationship between organisations and workers, most notably through the rise of the gig economy. But some workers are able to benefit more than others as the why, how and what of work changes.
With this challenge in mind, Xynteo teamed up with an international telecommunications provider to explore what actions leaders should take to ensure we create a future of work where everyone can thrive.
The results
The combined effort of our community of 48 leaders and experts lead to the development of a collated set of recommendations, including accessible materials and a website for sharing the nine strategic points that business leaders can take to achieve a future of work that works for everyone.
