Accelerating sustainability initiatives across retail giant’s operations and supply chain

Created an engaging, innovative and collaborative forum to inspire action on systemic issues across their external ecosystem and value chain

The largest franchisee of a global home furnishing retailer was looking to accelerate its sustainability ambition across its business operations and value chain. In its journey to become a leader in tackling climate change, the client sought collaborative solutions that involve both internal stakeholders and external partners. With this background, the client engaged Xynteo to develop and implement a programme that can break down barriers, inspire action, and position it as a purpose-driven retailer with positive societal impact.
