The key objectives for the engagement:

• Research and analysis: Conducted secondary research on existing materials and best practices, facilitated workshops using various tools (systems mapping, backcasting, concept canvas), consulted subject matter experts to understand key challenges and develop actionable frameworks
• Document development: Created a two-part Sustainable Mining Charter with frameworks, approaches, and implementation guidance, designed a sustainability implementation roadmap for mine-specific strategies
• Stakeholder engagement: Conducted training and orientation workshops for mining teams, identified and trained Sustainable Mining Champions for charter implementation.
