Setting a global pharma business on the pathway to sustainability excellence

A global pharma player producing active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and finished dose forms (FDFs), wanted to design an EU CSRD compliant future for their business.

The client’s ambition was to develop a Sustainability Roadmap to 2027, that by focussing on highest impact topics they would be able to accelerate their efforts – and allow them to seek a higher valuation for their business when their current PE investors plan an exit.

Additionally, they looked to initiate and engage their supply chain a global Responsible Supply Chain Program and produce an updated and refreshed Annual Sustainability Report. This will allow our client to seek a higher valuation for their business when their current PE investors plan an exit.
