Defined a set of strategic solutions that can work to create a gig economy that is meaningful, inclusive and protects workers.
The client, a global technology company in the payments industry, was looking to lead in building an inclusive and protected gig economy in Europe. As the gig economy grows, inadequate legislation and social safety nets are currently in place to support gig workers, especially in times of crisis. To address this challenge, the client sought to create a shared narrative and collaborative solutions with key stakeholders. With this background, the client engaged Xynteo to facilitate the development of an influential community and innovative projects to support gig workers.
