Xynteo teamed up with a global telcommunications business to explore what actions leaders should take to create a future where we all thrive
Digitally enabled business models are reshaping the relationship between organisations and workers, most notably through the rise of the gig economy. But some workers are able to benefit more than others as the why, how and what of work changes.
With this challenge in mind, Xynteo teamed up with an international telecommunications provider to explore what actions leaders should take to ensure we create a future of work where everyone can thrive.
Xynteo led a six-month design phase of experts and leaders from business, government, labour and academia invested in partnering to reshape work as we know it.
Following interviews and discussions with thought leaders during the design phase, we launched five transatlantic working groups for the future of work – and together co-developed actionable recommendations for leaders and beyond.
The project included input and interviews with 18 organisations already providing solutions and 27 workers in the US, UK and Europe.
The combined effort of our community of 48 leaders and experts lead to the development of a collated set of recommedations, including accessible materials and a website for sharing the nine strategic points that business leaders can take to achieve a future of work that works for everyone.
