Rasmus steps into the role of CEO with extensive leadership experience in strategy, M&A, business transformation, and organisational scale-up. Most recently, he served as Head of Nordics at PA Consulting and as partner in the Energy Transition practice. Prior to that, among others, he founded Lundsgaard Advisory—a consultancy specialised in renewables—was part of the scale-up of the Nordic management consultancy Qvartz (divested to Bain & Co in 2020) and served as executive committee member and Senior Vice President at Vestas—where he led corporate strategy, M&A, and market intelligence.
