Rasmus has 20+ years of distinguished leadership in strategy, M&A and business transformation. Previously, he served as Head of Nordics at PA Consulting and as partner in the Energy Transition practice, a founder of renewables consultancy Lundsgaard Advisory, led corporate strategy, M&A, and market intelligence as executive committee member and Senior Vice President at Vestas, and served on the board of Utopus Insights. 

Steve has over two decades of senior finance experience across consulting, energy, and technology. Prior to Xynteo, he has held leadership roles at SLR Consulting, BP, and Electrocomponents, and successfully led Ntegra through an exit and sales process. Steve combines strategic financial leadership with deep operational expertise across Europe.

Melissa has 11+ years experience in human resources and professional development across the business advisory and managment consultancy sector. She leads Xynteo’s People and Business Support functions globally, including People, Marketing, IT, Legal and Executive Support. 

Amy has 25+ years experience in energy, clean mobility, and telecmmunications, and leads Xynteo's work in Europe as Managing Director as well as its Clean Mobility practice globally. She advises executive leaders on go-to-market strategies, new business assessments, market entries, business design and commercial transactions. 

Vipul has 24+ years of management consulting experience and leads Xynteo’s work in India. He advises boards and CEOs of pioneering global business to drive future-fit growth which is planet and people positive. He specialises in strategic collaboration, energy transition and system change across sectors.

Erik has 15+ years of leadership experience across the energy value chain, energy transition, decarbonisation and low carbon solutions. His expertise spans strategy development, transactions and major capital decisions, having advised on over 0Bn of transactions and capital raises. Previously he served as Managing Director of the Energy Transition & CleanTech Advisory practice at S&P Global, and in significant roles at IHS Markit and IHS CERA.

Emrah has 20+ years of experience in low-carbon energy and climate change solutions, coalition building, developing decarbonisation and ESG value creation strategies, as well as policies and partnerships across many sectors, including CCUS, hydrogen, transport, and power.

Suman has 20+ years of management consulting experience having advised boards and CEOs of leading corporates on strategy and transformation mandates. He specialises development of future fit growth and market entry strategies with a focus on sustainability and digital capabilities.

Sam has 20+ years' experience leading ESG, sustainability, and energy transition initiatives across global markets. Most recently he was Partner for ESG Sustainability Reporting and ESG Capital Markets at PwC, Partner at ERM with responsibility for EMEA decarbonisation and energy transition, and has held executive roles at Clean Invest Africa, EBS Advisory, Sanctus, and AECOM. 

Vaibhav has 13+ years of experience in the metals, mining sector, and transportation sectors. He specialises in developing and implementing innovative solutions aimed at supply chain optimisation, environmental stewardship and social inclusion.

Kemaya has 11+ years of experience in strategy, project management, business planning and stakeholder engagement across consumer goods, appliances, cement, social impact, and energy sectors. She specialises in multi-stakeholder relationship management and developing innovative business models.

Georgi has 11+ years of experience in management consulting, sustainability strategy, economic downturn planning, and development banking. He specialises in strategy formulation and execution, large-scale transformation planning and implementation, cross-value-chain collaboration, multi-stakeholder coordination and negotiations, and ecosystem building through systemic investment.

Alexa has 10+ years experience in management consulting, having worked in Xynteo's coalition and leadership programmes. She specialises in systems change, futures, sustainable leadership, and innovation.

Ritik has 13+ years of experience across diverse sectors such as FMCG, energy, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals. He specialises in driving systemic change and creating innovative business models that deliver commercial outcomes across the value chain. He focusses on plastic circularity, and designing and deploying strategies that promote sustainable business practices and foster systems change.
