This year's programme has been extended due to the impact of Covid-19, but typically the programmes will span across12 month where participants from global organisations will work with start-ups to unlock their barriers to growth.

Select participants from Xynteo’s year-long leadership experience, The Leadership Vanguard, convened in Bangalore recently to reflect on the leadership and acceleration skills they’ve gained during the year.
The Revaluing Plastics team from 2019’s Leadership Vanguard cohort travelled to Chennai and Bangalore to explore and advance strategic partnerships with two local impact enterprises, Kabadiwalla Connect and Hasiru Dala Innovations.
Leadership Vanguard’s Low Carbon Cities team travelled to Bangalore to explore partnership opportunities with a local impact enterprise, Vogo, that works to reduce the city’s pollution and congestion challenges.
