Emrah leads Xynteo’s Planet Positive Growth portfolio with deep expertise in low-carbon energy and climate change. He has significant experience in developing decarbonisation strategies, policies and partnerships across many sectors, including CCUS, hydrogen, industry, transport and power.

Meg has 20 years of experience, primarily within the technology & built environment sectors. She has developed expertise in whole business transformation, with a focus on sustainable bottom-line improvement. Her passionate belief is that positive growth and profit are not mutually exclusive, and that organisations can thrive and adhere to a green agenda.

Suman has 20+ years of management consulting experience having advised boards and CEOs of leading corporates on strategy and transformation mandates. He specialises development of future fit growth and market entry strategies with a focus on sustainability and digital capabilities.
