Amy Marshall brings over two decades of leadership experience in business transformation, strategic growth, and innovation to her role, with a particular focus on consumer energy, electric vehicles and e-mobility. Most recently, she served as a Partner at PA Consulting, where she spearheaded transformative projects, including advancements in e-mobility and electric vehicle ecosystems, and served as a Director at KPMG for seven years, delivering high-impact solutions and transactions in complex business environments across the energy transition. With a career spanning senior leadership roles in global technology and communications businesses, Amy has a proven track record of empowering organisations to navigate change and achieve long-term success.
Amy joins Xynteo to lead the firm’s ambitious growth plans in the United Kingdom and Europe, as well as the scaling of its global clean mobility, clean technology, and energy transition practices.
