In our global, interdependent world, most organisations are operating in systems with a complexity that challenges individual leaders’ cognitive capacity. Such a world demands a different kind of leadership: leadership that can think contextually, coordinate diverse perspectives, collaborate across silos, and facilitate complex decisions.
We help leaders build the capabilities needed to transform systems and build stronger connections between business and society in a VUCA environment. We have delivered programmes for leadership teams and communities in organisations from Unilever and DB Schenker, to Forward Air and Equinor.
We also run The Leadership Vanguard, an annual 10-month programme that helps leaders build capabilities alongside peers from different sectors, drawing on new skills and tools, experiential learning, coaching, and mentorship. Participants apply their personal and organisational capabilities to a systemic challenge, developing business partnerships with a carefully selected cohort of impact entrepreneurs from around the world.
My perspective has expanded because of this program. It’s a completely different program that opens your mind and changes your mindset.
