Our innovative event and collaboration platform that enables mission-driven leaders and practitioners across business, academia, the arts, and activism to accelerate co-creation and tackle systemic problems.
Xynteo Exchange has been a platform for connecting business leaders with their stakeholders, working together to create the next generation of solutions to society's key challenges.
Over the last five year, Xynteo has run its own version of the Exchange annually - now we are enabling our proven model to be deployed more intimately for purpose-driven organisations looking to unlock solutions to the biggest challenges they face.
Across a one to three day programme of facilitated engagements, participants are given the opportunity to dive deep into the challenges they face and find solutions through surprising perspectives. Our open innovation platform enables your organisation to work on challenges, across industries and sectors to generate ideas, create pilot solutions and form coalitions to deliver impact.
Three powerful concepts
Each of our Xynteo Exchange concepts create safe and innovative spaces to facilitate exploration of challenges, opportunities, ideas, initiatives, and potential partnerships.
The centre of any Exchange, the square provides a space for all participants to assemble to challenge beliefs, exchange knowledge and inspire action.
In the Square all attendees are encouraged to join, and actively participate, in the conversation.
We next engage attendees in a variety of smaller and more focused forums to provide the opportunity to dive deep into opportunities and challenges.
In the Studio participants discuss and co-create around ideas, forge unlikely partnerships, and discover how accelerate impact at scale.
Finally, the Marketplace offers a unique opportunity to raise awareness and investigate existing projects, start-ups and solutions that are leading the charge for good growth.
Using their combined talent, captial and perspectives participants are empowered to uncover ways to stimulate further development and scale.

Over the last five years we've delivered both our award winning Xynteo Exchange, and mini-Exchanges for specific organisations as they work to unlock the opportunities of people and planet-positive growth. Below are a few recent examples.
India has a set of unique challenges — from raising 300 million people out of poverty while managing urban development and transitioning to a sustainable economy.
The inaugural Tata Exchange brought together 80 business leaders across India, Europe, Asia, and the U.S. to incubate the ideas and business-led initiatives that will accelerate India’s transition to a green economy.
Our most recent in-person Exchange, before the pandemic, saw 500 individuals from across the globe come together in 2019 to accelerate action on people and planet challenges.
Mission-driven leaders and practitioners across business, academia, the arts, and activism travelled to Oslo to tackle systemic problems, and re-think growth models that are no longer future-fit.
We worked with IKEA Retail (Ingka Group) to deliver One Home, One Planet (OHOP) at one of their leading sustainable stores in Kaarst, Germany.
OHOP is an action-focused event that aims to shape and influence the sustainable future of retail and the event is part of the company’s ambitious strategy to become people and planet positive by 2030.
We're really proud to have partnered once again with the world-class Xynteo, bringing together the very best of both our companies to accelerate action.
