Xyntéo was created to help businesses become and stay successful. We focus on carbon because we see this as the defining business challenge of the future. But we are also passionate about finding solutions to climate change – durable ones that work with and not against the human impulse to grow.
We have three defining values (all of them conveniently start with a C):
Courage
We are driven by people with courage, by those who have the guts to try something new and bold. We like this Chinese proverb: “A person who says it cannot be done should not interrupt the man doing it.”
Care
We believe that outstanding performance demands skill, inspiration and integrity in equal measure. Our people care about others and our environment, and we strive to live by open, honest relationships with each other and with our clients
Collaboration
As you’ll see from the rest of our website, collaboration is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that there is something in the DNA of the climate challenge that demands distinctly collaborative strategies and solutions. This is embedded in our working practices.
